Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.
Retainer fees are non-refundable and transferable only if the cancellation was made no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time and
if the appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours of cancellation. Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment.
If cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, amount of service is due in FULL.
There are NO REFUNDS on services rendered.
